This has got to be the best part of the cake! The EATING!! I take great pride in having a flavour combination that taste divine and just as good as it looks. Nothing worse that having something look delicious and it being a real let down in flavour.  Here you can find the flavour combination of your choice. 

All of my cakes are filled and covered with home made preserves and butter creams. I do not cover my cakes in fondant.  

I am not a "free from" kitchen but I am able to cater to gluten free, dairy free, vegan and nut free. Please notify me when you make an enquiry of this. 

  • Victoria Sponge
    Sponge cake, filled with vanilla bean butter cream and homemade jam. The cake will be covered in vanilla bean butter cream

     

  • Lemon
    Lemon sponge filled with vanilla bean butter cream and homemade lemon curd. The cake will be covered in vanilla bean butter cream

     

  • Lemon and blueberry
    Lemon sponge, with fresh blueberries backed in, filled with vanilla bean butter cream and homemade lemon curd. The cake will be covered in vanilla bean butter cream

     

  • White chocolate
    Sponge cake, filled and covered with white chocolate butter cream

     

  • White chocolate and raspberry
    Sponge cake with fresh raspberries baked in, filled and covered with white chocolate butter cream

     

  • Chocolate Fudge Cake

    Sponge cake filled with, vanilla bean butter cream and homemade caramel. The cake will be filled with vanilla bean butter cream.

    Moist carrot cake sponge, filled and covered with an orange cream cheese frosting
