This has got to be the best part of the cake, the EATING! There's nothing worse than having something look delicious and it being a real let down in flavour. I take great pride in having a flavour combination that tastes divine and just as good as it looks. Here are some of my popular flavour combinations; if you're looking for a flavour not listed here then please get in touch

All my cakes are filled and covered with home made preserves and butter creams. Sorry, but I don't use any fondant icing.  

I am not a 'free from' kitchen but I am able to cater to vegan and gluten-, dairy- and nut free requirements. Please notify me of any allergies or free from requirements at the point of enquiry. 

  • Victoria Sponge
    Plain sponge cake filled with vanilla bean butter cream and homemade jam and covered in vanilla bean butter cream.

     

  • Lemon
    Lemon sponge filled with vanilla bean butter cream and homemade lemon curd and covered in vanilla bean butter cream.

     

  • Lemon and blueberry
    Lemon sponge, baked with fresh blueberries, filled with vanilla bean butter cream and homemade lemon curd and covered in vanilla bean butter cream.

    Plain sponge cake filled and covered with white chocolate butter cream.

     

  • White chocolate and raspberry
    Plain sponge cake, baked with fresh raspberries, filled and covered with white chocolate butter cream.

     

  • Chocolate Fudge Cake

  • Caramel
    Plain sponge cake filled with vanilla bean butter cream and homemade caramel and covered with vanilla bean butter cream.

     

  • Red Velvet
    Chocolate red velvet sponge filled and covered with white chocolate butter cream.

     

  • Spiced Carrot Cake (N)
    Moist carrot cake sponge filled and covered with an orange cream cheese frosting.
